Issue
When unnecessary data is accumulated and there is almost no free space, it may affect the tablet working, want to delete no need data regularly for working stable.
But deleting cannot be done.
Answer/Cause
1) Payload loading data cannot be deleted.
2)Construction history logs cannot be deleted.
3) Sensor logs and system operation logs cannot be deleted.
4) Cannot delete data after the tablet is connected to a computer.
Explanation/How to deal
*The file is originally sent to the server at any time. The fact that it remains on the tablet means that it has not been sent to the server. Please be careful when making the decision to delete the file.
It is possible that some stored data cannot be processed on the tablet side.
1) When you want to delete payload loading data
Select in order below
Lenovo Tab M10\Settings\Storage\Android\data\com.Capa.Svmg\files\AppData\FleetSendData
Delete the files inside the folder.
2) If you want to delete the construction history log
Select in order below.
Lenovo Tab M10\Settings\Storage\Android\data\com.Capa.Svmg\files\AppData\SmaconSendFile
Delete files inside the folder.
3)If you want to delete sensor logs and system operation logs
\Android\data\com.Capa.Svmg\files\AppLog
Select and delete files inside the folder.
4)If you want to delete by connecting the tablet to the PC (usb cable is required)
①Settings\connected devices\USB\FileTransfer
②Lenovo Tab M10\Internal shared storage \Android \data \ com.Capa.Svmg \files \AppLog
orAppData\FleetSendData
or\AppData\SmaconSendFile
Delete the files inside the folder.
