App won't close on the tablet.

Issue

When closing the application, it cannot close even after tapping "Clear All."

Answer/Cause

This is because the key symbol (hereinafter referred to as "app lock") is displayed in the upper right corner thumbnail of the app.

Explanation/ How to deal

There are two ways to close the application.

1) How to unlock the app lock and close the app

Slide the thumbnail app displayed on the tablet down to unlock it.

After that, the app can be terminated by touching "Clear All."

2) How to exit an app while it is remain locked in

Slide upward to close an app.
You can close the app in either locked or unlocked state in this way.

How to confirm that an app is closed
　If the tablet screen displays "No recent items" in the page of tusk-kill, there are no apps running.
