Issue
Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance error "GNSS antenna undetected" appears on the tablet app.
Cause
- The controller cannot detect the signal from the GNSS antenna.
How to deal
Please check the GNSS status.
The status of the Main antenna and Sub antenna will be displayed.
If it is defective, "INVALID" will be displayed.
Firmware reset
Tap the Menu(Gear icon ) ans select the GNSS Settings in Menu.
Tap the GNSS Basic Settings in GNSS setting and tap the Hard Reset button.
Reconnecting the cables
Disconnect the cables connected to the controller and reconnect them.
Restart the engine.
If the problem is not resolved after restarting the engine
If the problem persists after restarting the engine, there may be a defective antenna, antenna cable disconnection, poor contact, etc. Please contact your distributor.
We recommend checking the firmware version in the controller.
To check the firmware version, follow the procedure below.

It is recommended to diagnose the malfunction through the antenna cable, because removing and installing the antenna may move the fixed bracket.
