Design data cannot be converted. (Pilot WEB)

Issue

Design data cannot be converted and an error message appears.

Cause

Design data cannot be converted due to the following reasons

• System error (P001)

This error message is displayed when duplicate registration of TP3 and GC3 localization files are registered, when a special character "=" is included in the file name, or when xml (linear data, etc.) with no 3D design data is registered.

• Data Conversion Error.

This message is displayed when duplicate registration of TP3 and TP3 is made, or when the volume of design data is too heavy.

How to deal

• Do not register more than one GC3 or more than one TP3 in one project.
• Do not use the special character "=" in the data name.
• Register xml containing 3D design data.
• Prepare the design data with a lighter capacity or TIN as much as possible.
