1.Wi-Fi settings are not appropriate.
A. Check if the Wi-Fi router meets the following conditions
- Wireless LAN standard: IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac
- Number of devices that can be connected at the same time: 2 or more
B. Check if the Wi-Fi router is properly setup.
- Confirm the SSID and password of the GNSS controller.
SSID: Serial number of GNSS controller
Password: Backward reading of SSID
e.g. If the SSID is “Retro-48A4934916E4,“ the password is “4E6194394A84.“ Set the SIM card in
the Wi-Fi router.
- Disable privacy separator functions of the Wi-Fi router.
If the privacy separator functions are enabled, the system does not function because information cannot
be exchanged between terminals.
The following is an example of how to configure a router.
Please refer to your router's manual for details, as the method varies depending on router.
1. Start charging by connecting the Wi-Fi router to a PC using a USB cable. Prepare a charging cable
suitable for your Wi-Fi router.
When connected, the driver is automatically installed on your PC.
2 Start the settings screen of Wi-Fi router on your PC and login.
3. Set the host IP address “192.168.128.1” on the DHCP settings screen of Wi-Fi router. Change the value
of subnet mask as needed.
4. Change the SSID and password of the Wi-Fi router according to the serial number.
2. The tablet is not set up properly.
If Airplane mode is turned on in the communication settings or status bar (the screen that appears when you trace the tablet screen from top to bottom), you will not be able to communicate at all.

3. Communication to the controller is not working properly.
When the engine is turned on and the controller is also turned on, “POWER” will light up, and if communication with the router is working, “2.4G” or "5G" will light up.

1. Check that any parts installed with the Kit have not fallen off and that no wrong part is installed.
Be sure to install a single IMU for the boom, arm, bucket, and the machine body.
Installing identical IMUs may cause a trouble (for example, installing two boom IMUs).
2. Confirm that the system operates normally.
(1) Turn on the disconnect switch.
(2) Turn on the key switch and the power. (You do not need to start the engine.)
(3) Check the LED light of GNSS controller.
3. Confirm that the harness, etc. are not interfering or bent.
Start the engine and slowly move the bucket, arm, and boom of the Kit-equipped machine to check.
4. Stop the engine to confirm that there is no oil leakage from the pressure sensor part under the boom.
▼When the controller, Wi-Fi router, and tablet are properly connected and correction information has been acquired.
If the lamp does not light up, or if it lights up but the error is not resolved, it is possible that the hardware (controller, harness, router) is malfunctioning.
