Unable to change and release the field of machine.

Issue

When using Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance, a machine has to be registered to a site on the web version of Smart Construction Pilot, but it is not possible to cancel the registration or change the registration to a new jobsite.

When you are unable to add a construction equipment using the "+" (add construction equipment button) after selecting the "Sites", which is on the left side menu on the web version of Pilot, it is either because you are connected to a different construction site or you are logged in with an account that is not owned by your company.

Answer/Causes

1) You are logged in as a company that does not own the machine.

2) The machine is already connected to another site.

Explanation/How to deal

1) Please log in again with the company account that owns the machine.

　First of all, it is assumed that the machine cannot be linked to the site unless the site of the company 

    that owns the machine.
　(If you want to link the machine to the site of another company, please do the loan process.)

2) If you want to change or release a machine from another jobsite, please refer to the following.

• Select the target construction machine from the "Machines" menu on the left, select the field you wish to link the machine, and press the "Save" button.

• If you cannot select a construction site at this point, use the following method to forcibly cancel a site that has already been linked to the machine for be able to choose the jobsite.

　Press the "X" button next to the "Site" field, and then press the "Save" button.

• If the above does not work

When the machine which is already linked to the jobsite is requested to tie to controller without releasing the tie up and change the business ownership, jobsite change may not be possible.
(As you can see, the "X" button to release will also disappear.)

If this happens, please contact the Support Center because the user cannot change the jobsite.

*Originally, it is the right process that machine is released before the request to change business ownership, so please check the machine is not linked to any jobsite when you want to change the company to have machine.
