Compass does not work (grayed out).

Issue

• The Smart Construction Pilot's Compass is grayed out and not working.
• Don't know how to use the Smart Construction Pilot's Compass.

Answer/Cause

• If the Compass is grayed out, you may not have selected the "target surface" that you want to be orthogonal to.
• The positive compass function may not be checked.

Explanation/How to deal

• Touch the triangular pyramid icon on the screen.
• Select the target surface so that it is in the center of the design data screen.
• Press the "✓" button at the lower right to confirm the selection.
• Back to the construction screen, if the line of the TIN selected in the longitudinal and cross-sectional view is light blue, it has been selected.
• Check the compass function from the submenu.
