Issue

Error message "Boom head Pressure sensor error" is displayed.

Cause

The controller cannot detect the signal from the pressure sensor.

How to deal

• By activating the debug mode, the pressure output values can be checked.
  
  1) Start "Machine Guidance", click on the menu icon and select "Administrator Settings"
  2) Enter the password [ll?2017] and select "System Settings".
  3) after debug mode is turned on, the values output by each sensor can be checked.
  
• Check if the pressure sensor is installed correctly.
  If the sensor is installed correctly, boom bottom pressure is high and boom head pressure is low.
  
  
• With the bucket off the ground and stationary, the values of Bottom Pressure and Head Pressure are about 12~15 for Bottom and 0~2 for Head.
  If large values occur frequently, it is necessary to check if the problem can be resolved by replacing the sensor.
  
  
  

• Check the sensor for any abnormalities.
  

  Since the wiring from the IMU sensor or pressure sensor may have poor contact, please check if the connector is connected or wiring is disconnected.
  
  

• Other
  If you do not use the payload option, disable the pressure sensor on the administrator setting screen.
