Issue

After tap the measure button, the message "Failed to get the cutting edge coordinates" is displayed.

The controller information indicates that no errors have been reported and that the system is in FIX status.

Answer

This warning is displayed due to a lack of valid data (e.g., location information from each sensor or satellite) when calculating the cutting edge position. Please check the following to identify the cause.

How to deal

1. GNSS is not FIXed (due to satellite placement, correction information, and jobsite environment)

2. Poor communication between Wi-Fi router, controller, and tablet

• Please check the communication status and settings of each device again.
  Tablet: Does the PASS/ID match the router one?
  Wi-Fi: Does the SSID match the controller one?
  
  
• Check the LED lamp status of the controller.

(When normal, POWER/POS/LINK/MODE/2.4G lights on)

Controller or router is not booting properly

• Reboot the Wi-Fi router.
• Restart the engine.
