How to check relation information of 3DMG on the web site

Introduction

This article provides a detailed explanation on how to properly manage and check the related data of your 3DMG construction equipment on the web.
You can manage the status of construction equipment, use data in case of trouble, and output and use valid data from the Web.

Procedures and Explanation

1. Open Smart Construction Pilot Web and click 【”1"the machine】 icon 

2. Search by serial number of the machine or controller for which you want to check the setting information, and click 【"1"the construction machine】 that hits the search.

3. Click each icon to output related data as needed.

What is 【"1"related data】?
Configuration info, Controller info, Accuracy Check, Calibration info
Basic info, Error info, and Topography survey are included.

Supplementation

The downloaded data contains the configuration information that has been stored in the tablet application and can be checked by opening it in "Memo" or other applications.

The calibrated data will be stored.
When replacing the controller, the data from that time can be used for restoration, etc.

Information on error signals from connected sensors/harness cables and connection errors in GNSS or with the controller are stored.

How related data is stored

After receiving the product set from the distributor, the administrator logs into the Customer Portal, starts Smart Construction Pilot from the application list, and confirms that the controller information (construction machine) is reflected in his/her company.
