Introduction
This article provides a detailed explanation on how to generate a target surface from the posture of the vehicle body and construct it without using GNSS.
This method is expected to be used for simple construction in locations where satellite supplementation is difficult (urban civil engineering).
When using the 2DMG function, construction history data cannot be acquired.
Procedures and Explanation
1. Select the 【"1" Settings】 and 【”2”turn ON】the 2DMG mode.
After tapping the checkmark, the machine guidance will switch to 【"3"2D Machine Guidance. 】
2. Instructions for creating the target surface will be displayed at startup.
【"1"Tap the sub-window】 to display 【"2"the data creation menu】.
1) If you want to create an arbitrary angle (slope) or plane, enter the angle first.
For planes: 0°.
For a slope: e.g. 45°.
2) If the excavation line has already been determined, place the bucket at the second point and tap the bucket icon.
If a caution occurs due to movement or swinging from the created point, re-create the design plane and then use the guidance function.
Supplementation
・Offset function
Touching the 【"1"Offset icon】and create a base excavation line from the reference point to offset the height from the line.
・Unit Conversion
Selecting the 【"1" Inclination icon】 allows you to change the unit of measurement for created data.
・Caution for data re-creation
After selecting 【"1"Guidance Setting】 from the gear mark, Swing Detection (2DMG) in the 【"2"Application Setting】 can be selected and the 【"3"Detection Criteria】 can be set from the swing speed.
Since the design surface is created from the posture at the time the point is acquired, it is not assumed that the created data can be used continuously after moving or swinging from the point.
