Sudden voice message from the tablet and limited screen operation.

Issue

• Sudden voice message is played from the tablet and screen operation is not working properly.
• When touching the screen, a green frame appears where touched.

Answer/Cause

The tablet's TalkBack function is activated. (This function reads out the items on the screen.)

Please deactivate the TalkBack function.

The TalkBack function is activated when you press and hold the high volume and low volume buttons at the same time.

If it has been unintentionally activated, please use the following method to deactivate it.

Action/How to deal

Press and hold the large volume and small volume buttons on the side of the tablet at the same time (3 seconds) to deactivate the function.
